BASIX Certificate $100.00 (Granny Flat/Swimming Pool), $150.00 (Alteration and Addition), $200.00 (Single Storey - New Home), $250.00 (Double Storey - New Home), $300.00 (Single Storey w/attached Granny), $350.00 (Double Storey w/attached Granny), $400.00 (Duplex Dwelling)
Complex Projects: Additional fees may apply for projects that require extended assessments or detailed simulations
NatHERS Certificate: Additional $50.00 for software vendor & DMN fees
BASIX/NatHERS Commitments (Summary - Optional) : $80.00
Section J Reports, J1V3 Assessments and Compliance Reports from $450.00
Turnaround Time: 24-48 hrs
The prices outlined above apply to most projects (exclude GST) and exclude applicable authority fees & charges
02. Government Fees
Single Dwelling: $50.00
Multi-Dwelling: $80.00 for first two dwellings & $35.00 for each additional dwelling
Residential Flat Building: Variable depending on the number of units
Alteration & Addition: $25.00 per dwelling
03. Additional fees
Software Vendor: $40.00 per certificate for NatHERS
DMN: $7.00 per certificate + GST
04. Amendment Charges
Amendments to an existing BASIX Certificate or NatHERS Report (excluding address changes) are provided at no additional cost
Amendments requiring the issuance of a new BASIX Certificate only are charged at $50.00
Amendments requiring simulation work (one hour or more), including a new NatHERS Report and BASIX Certificate are charged at $30.00 per hour plus $120.00
